There are a TON of great resources out there for instructors of all levels.

Ross Bentley is probably the biggest name in racing books/media. Speed Secrets , Ultimate Speed Secrets , and The Lost Art of High Performance Driving have been some of my favorite off-season reads.

Ross’s “HPDE Instructors Manifesto” is a good FREE read for anyone considering instructing.
